After communication with the seller I have been made aware that the issue lies with EBay underestimating the time it takes as well as Royal Mail not living up to EBay’s expectations. The dealer could not have been more helpful. How it takes 5 days (posted on a Monday arriving on Saturday) for a small envelope sized package to get from Lancashire to West Sussex is hard to understand
