Phone arrived in virtually perfect condition with just miniscule scratches to edge of case - barely noticeable. Now covered with a case. Charger and cable in the excellent packaging. I wasn't aware of this and ordered a charger/cable as well from same site which will now be a useful backup. Very pleased with the phone and would definitely use the seller again if a need another phone. Only one slight downside is that the battery health was only 82% which does not appear to affect performance.
