The heater was badly packed and arrived damaged. It was in the sort of box you would find it in on a shop shelf. The box was tatty and held together with sellotape. There were 2 bits of rubbish inside the box. No attempt at proper packing. When I opened the box a chip off the casing fell out. The instruction leaflet which is also an Argos guarantee is scruffy. The heater does work. Don't know if it is new or not. I will NEVER buy from this business again.
