      Ball was made and shipped promptly however, UPS delivered it to the wrong address. I tried to deal with UPS but the type of shipping the seller used wouldn’t allow me. The seller had to contact UPS. I never heard from them again. No refund, no replacement, no communication whatsoever even after several messages. This was a Christmas gift and it’s now the end of January. I hate leaving negative feedback but I tried to find out what was going on and have heard nothing.
