    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    A new Andersen operator that fits perfect and restores ease of opening and closing of casement windows.

    I needed to replace 2 Andersen window operators and decided to buy them from Ebay even though they were a few dollars more than directly from Andersen. I did this since Andersen has high shipping costs at times depending on the amount you buy, plus when I did order from them in the past it tool a real long time to get, and the operators on Ebay had 3 day shipping. I have already installed 1 of the 2 operators I received and it works perfectly and fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that when I compared the new operator to my original one they seem to be of less quality and do not appear more durable, which is what I would have hoped for. The operator works well and I can only hope that it lasts a long time. My Andersen Casements were made in 2000 and the original ...

    New design window cranks

    I have an older window that I have replaced the cranks once allready. This is the third set now. They are a little different than the orig and first replacement units. I had to do a little fanagleing to make it work correctly with the first one but I did much better with the second one. If you have a newer window unit you would probably have an easier time.Thank you.

    I have called at least 25 lumber yards, Home Depot and Lowe's, no one could help me, was told that the part was,unavailable. Found replacement part on ebay, received in 4 days, installed in 10 min ,window works like new. Thank you, probably saved me $800 over replacing the window.

    great deal, perfect fit.

    I went three years with a broken operator until i found this. I should have ordered the adapter for the different years but a wooden paint stir worked fine and was much cheaper. I lubed up my other three and its like i have a new house again.
