I'm a noobie when it comes to fountain pens.My new nib, slid on only half way, then stopped. I figured that it didn't transit well and needed a little help getting on.(sigh, I attempt to fix nib) And 30min later I Have to yank the new nib off with pliers braking the nib, so I'm can't say with any certainty if the nib was at fault but I definitely broke it, so Iession learned... I'll buy a brand nib in future.
