item was sent out as a parcel hence the royal mail postal rate not as a stamp mentioned in feedback .The postage rate charged is not only for posting out the item but also for covering the cost of packaging materials ink and stationery for the labelling of the parcel .Item purchased on a sunday ,posted on the tuesday and delivered on the friday of the same week ie item was delivered in 3 days as a 2nd class parcel totally acceptable within royalmails delivery estimates
