      Good value, easy to fit, does the job well.

      Fitted to a venerable chainsaw, fired up third pull, and runs very well. Idle speed for this old saw was a bit high and had to be lowered (turn idle screw anti- clockwise), and mixture screws had to be enriched by about 3/4 turn anticlockwise. To fit remove air cleaner, detach top cover (5 screws), unhook the choke lever. Prise off the fuel lines, remove the two long carburetter screws completely, and rotate the carb clockwise to unhook the throttle link. Reverse to rebuild. 10 minutes. With these saws, compress the trigger and engage the throttle lock, pull out the choke, stand on the handle and crank until it coughs. PUSH Back the choke knob fully, and crank again. If the saw has no throttle lock, hold or clamp open the throttle. These saws, along with Stihl saws can easily flood if over ...
