This box did not work. I returned the item & I received a full refund (hence the positive feedback). The box was much smaller in size than I expected. I downloaded the NowTV App onto the box, but the App would not open or work! When I started using the box, there also seemed to be someone else's data (email address, apps, etc.) saved on the box. There was no seal on the cardboard box (packaging) upon receipt. Possibly the item had been returned by a previous buyer.

    Mag box 524 w3

    It's a very best of the mag family, easy to set up but remote using takes a bit of time to get used to but very fine picture being 4k. Fully recommended.

    Setup option when selected by Remote control is frozen

    MAG524 W3 Setup frozen when selected from manue by remote control. Infomir needs fix it in the new firmare. The same problem has also previous model MAG520 and it is not fixed either. Other functions ar OK.

    unable to connect sound-bar with optical lead, as this MAG box will not support

    Do not buy this product if you have used an optical lead from an older MAG box as this will not be supported with this MAG box, I did contact the sales team but they have not got back to me, I have had to do all my Owen checks to find out that this will not support a Sound-bar with an optical lead.
