When I received the package it was wrapped in thin plastic and the box was banged up. I honestly thought it would be destroyed. Everything was wrapped in Styrofoam and bubble wrap. Everything was perfect. I used my Ninja air fryer/oven that night and fell in love! I use it almost daily and it works perfect on every setting. The seller had sent me photos before it shipped.
