The next day the tacks turned up still no 4th roll . I message the seller they came back with the delivery company had lost the 4th roll but they would send me another. I had to wait another week but the seller was very helpful. The delivery company have a lot of problems by the sound of it in my opinion. This item was placed in a bag of its own, which is in another very strong white bag and closed. 10/10 from me.
