Product arrived with it's packaging crushed and as I spent about £30 on this premium product I was very disappointed. I wrote to the seller who invited me to return it but this involved more time and hassle for me when they should not have shipped the product in this condition. I then sent 2 messages over the course of 2 weeks asking them to confirm it was indeed genuine and asking why they shipped it in such poor condition but they didn't reply. As a result, I am leaving a negative review.
