Awful experience. Bought two of the pink bags, 5th May, was told after I'd paid that the item was out of stock. I requested a refund but seller kept trying to have me choose another of their items to delay/avoid refunding me for selling me items they don't have - this listing is still active too, with the same quantity of sold/available items. If there's no stock, why not remove listing? Took nine days to receive refund. Informed seller amount was wrong, no response since 14th May. AVOID.

Well done for finally taking the listing down once I posted my feedback. Shame you didn't do that three weeks ago then I wouldn't be here writing this. Also, I see you always respond to your plentiful negative feedback in a way that makes the buyers look like they're in the wrong, when in fact it is you. Please send the remainder of my refund ASAP.
