The seller stated that this small figurine of a Turtle had NO CHIPS , CRACKS OR REPAIRS. Upon receiving the package and removing the item , it was very noticeable that the figurine was chipped with a small Crack leading away from the chip. Lower leg in photo - gray area. Was very disappointed and saw no reason to contact seller. They sent it damaged and as far as I was concerned. I swallowed the loss. Will never deal with this dealer again or recommend. For there is NO WAY to miss damage.

What a disappointing reaction to such an easily resolved problem. I personally packaged your order & can guarantee you this was an honest error. Had I noticed the flaw, I of course would never have mailed it. Now that I'm aware of the problem, I have already issued you a full refund of $14.24. Also, your desire to not do business with us again is mutual, & I will be blocking you from our store. Your complaint was justified, but the manner in which you chose to express it is unacceptable.
