Item arrived damaged, as one of the prongs had broken off. Contacted the seller immediately with a photo, they asked me to return, at my expense. They were bad at communicating and I chased them for a reply. They offered to repair at a cost of £45. I didn't think I should pay for a repair, considering I'd received the ring damaged. They refused anything else. I asked for a refund, which they denied. I got PayPal involved and got refunded. Will not buy again from them.

Enquired prior to purchase if they could make it in a different gold , was told yes so proceeded to purchase with information requested to do so. Waited over 4 weeks to receive it in the wrong gold .
Information had to have been read to get the size , and if they were unable to make in gold requested I should have been notified before it was made . Very disappointing. No reply from seller . Would not use again .
