    The description of the item was new and upon arrival, I discovered The box was damaged and had a lot of scotch tape to cover the issue, which made me worry especially since the seller had the option of no return to the item. I wished the seller would be more honest in describing his selling item. The shipment took 7 days to arrive and the seller charged around 12 dollars to ship the item. I installed the faucet and it appeared new and so far is working. I will give him one star.

    Single photo hid poor condition of the item. Significant cracks , discoloration on opposite side. Parts attachment latch completely missing. None of this was stated in the item description. Seller does not allow returns and anyway not worth time and shipping costs to send back. After my reaching out, seller was unapologetic and suggested I sell the parts individually to recoup costs if I’m not satisfied.
