I contacted the seller because I wanted more leather lacing for the handbag I purchased, they responded quickly and sent me more free of charge. Who does that anymore? Extremely happy and will be buying from them again.

Bag was nice butctoo small. Item was shipped from Tulsa, OK. When I asked to return the item I was told that it must be shipped at my expense to the seller in INDIA. Item description said nothing about the seller's location - only that return shipping & customs were at buyer's expense which could have been directed by a U.S. seller to buyers overseas. Would not have bought knowing this. Involved eBay Help & was offered a 50% refund... better than spending close to $200 to return a $45 bag.
