Service from seller can't be faulted. Price of item is/was reasonable. The Progress Choco Lux functions well, the non-stick internals make cleaning straightforward. The major draw back of this machine is that the 'cup' doesn't separate from the base, so you need to unplug the power cable to pour the contents or clean, this is a major design problem and I wouldn't buy again for this reason.

This arrived very quickly, and despite being described as having a damaged box - and thus sold cheaper - there's nothing wrong with box or scale.
My only small quibble is I messaged the seller to find out what batteries are needed for it, and they got it wrong, so I've ordered the wrong batteries and it's too late to cancel. On the positive side, the scale arrived with a working battery already in it.

Very pleased - thankyou. | am going to contact Salter because the adhesive used on the instructions/wrapping is so powerful that when I tried to undo it, it ripped off the writing on the card. It was, of course, stuck on top of the English option so I will now have to get the cleaning instructions from their website.
