However, when I received the shredder, it was the bottom of the range - the smallest, most inferior one that this particular brand makes. When I contacted the seller, he simply IGNORED all my correspondence, so I demanded my money back, but I had to get eBay to step in, because he just ignored me. AVOID AVOID. AVOID. 😡
