Hi. This is the 3rd pair of shoes l have bought from yourselves. They are very nice but I’m afraid they just don’t fit my feet. I got an 8 on the softlites didn’t fit so l did l return and was told l could take to a store for a refund now l have received a case closed notification from eBay?
