Purchased this item after confirming with seller that it was brand new. It took a while to be delivered (two weeks) but arrived ok. After a few weeks use the handset developed a fault with the screen, I contacted seller who requested images from me and later agreed to replace the handset. I had to post the faulty unit back at my own cost (£8.50) and after one week received the replacement (which was an upgrade to larger memory) only issue was packaging on receipt was open (taped lid open)
