Product Returns:
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. All returns must be sent to:

You have 30 working days to inform us that you are returning the item, provided the part has not been fitted and is still in its original packaging.
After informing us of the return, you have 7 days from that date to have the part delivered back to us. We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in resalable condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned part.
We will only grant a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any packaging and postage costs. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement. Please message us via eBay for a return authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not take liability for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. It is your responsibility to send any returns via recorded delivery along with your return authorization number.
No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase, name and address of recipient and a brief description of the problem with the part when necessary. This will help us resolve any issues with your transaction as soon as possible.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us; this applies to faulty and non-faulty parts, once goods are returned they will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested.
Product Exchanges: If you wish to return a product for an exchange, we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping and handling fees. Any exchange will have to be agreed upon by first informing us of the issue with the part. Then at our discretion we will decide the next course of action. Just as with returns, you have 30 days to request an exchange with explanation, and then 7 days from that date (once we have come to an agreement) to return the part back to us.
Faulty Products: Any product returned as faulty, will be sent to the manufacturers to be tested. This process can take up to 3 months, if needed customers will have to purchase a replacement part for the full value.
Once the manufacturer has provided an official report, declaring the part to be faulty only then will we refund you for your initial purchase. Manufacturer’s warranties differ from product to product, please don’t hesitate to message or call us with any questions or concerns. Important Information: If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, We will NOT be held responsible for any fitment/labour costs or any damage whatever sort including any recovery charges or transportation costs involving in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much but a functional exhaust. Packaging wasn't much, I was slightly concerned it would have been damaged in the post. Once I did the install (easy hour job) I was pleasantly surprised by the fitment and the lovely tone! I really wanted something a little sporty sounding and it's exactly perfect. Not too loud, no drone noise, but a nice audible bubble on the throttle.

The exhaust looks perfect Unfortunately I haven't been able to fit it onto my Mini, as the bolts holding the old one on are siezed up! So I cannot say how the exhaust works at the time of giving my feedback. Delivery was swift, and the seller's communication was very professional, thank you.

    Mini r50 cooper/ one exhaust

    Perfect fitted a dream with brackets correctly placed and only needed gasket and 2 bolts in addition. Sounds bit more throaty than genuine square box type, which is a good thing.Not noisy just better sound. Arrived quickly. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Well done.

    Ok for the price

    Exhaust was delivered a day later than expected and once fitted to the car, it was found to have a small hole next to the exit pipe which allowed a small amount of leakage of exhaust gases when the pipe was covered up. Other than that it was ok

    So good for the price.

    I’m on a budget, so took a punt on this exhaust. It’s a pipe with a back box and mid brace and rear hangers are welded to the pipe. It’s amazing value and my mechanic said it fitted well. Lovely!
