As others have said, the product is delivered rolled so needs to be unrolled and laid flat with a weight on top of it to allow it to flatten, which it does in a day or two. Easy to cut with scissors but score first with a Stanley knife to get a clean edge. Happy with the item quality and service - great Ebayer. Thanks.
