    The Oppressed Turn The Tables On The Oppressors!

    This book should serve as a cautionary tale to those with hubris fatuously underestimating a deucedly-mightier foe. In this account, Arabs and South Asians represent the former, and African Zanzibari's the latter. Don Petterson graphically details the events of January 12th, 1964 on the island of Zanzibar: rampaging & retributive Africans, facilely overthrowing the Sultan and his oppressive government--beating, clubbing, raping & decapitating Arabs in the process. In fact, Petterson delineates scenes of Zanzibari's buoyantly castrating Arabs, then forcibly feeding their foes the remnants! Ouch! If you're a fan of delectable reprisal, where the oppressors become the oppressed in macabre a fashion, you need not search for another book. I loved it!
