    Plastics only

    Bought this set to tap some plastic bits (panels, lights and bits) of which it looks like it might manage but the bits and accessories are very soft. So much so the die holder arm bent really easy. Add that to the Disgusting state that Yodel delivered it in makes it so sour. Advise plastic and possibly light metal only.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. BASICALLY IT IS JUST CHEAP RUBBISH. DIES HAVE NOT BEEN DEBURRED, TAPS ARE BADLY GROUND AND SWARF CLEARANCE FLUTES ARE A THING TO MARVEL AT AS THERE HAVE BEEN DOUBLE OR IN SOME CASES TRIPLE ATTEMPTS MADE TO CUT THEM.

    You get what you pay for!

    Fairly cheap, and only one tap/die per thread size. So OK for that quick job - but not if you want to set yourself up for the next en years! It will last, but for hard metals, I'd be happier with three-piece tap sets - which would of course cost at least three times as much. I'm happy - did the job!

    poor quality

    No good quality metal, poor final finish to each tap not ground correctly, tap wrench not for smaller taps, die wrench even worse, case ok except it needs a lining to prevent all items being mixed up
