I was disappointed in Episodes 1,2 & 3 compared with the initially released 4,5 & 6. This is more in the spirit! Excellent Special effects, particularly the CGI, and the plot is corny as ever, but gripping, entertaining but with enough pathos to counterbalance.

I started watching Star Wars in 1977. Was hooked by the first 3 films (4/5/6) brilliant. Films (1/2/3) were excellent and worthy to stand along side the originals. I was disappointed with the films 7+8 due to, in my view, rather thin story lines and characters. Will watch the final instalment but not exactly burning with anticipation.

I was really hoping this would be a great film but it turned out a bit of a let down. They were some good parts but some real wastes of time. This had the chance of being a good film but they ruined a lot of the character development pointless story lines. Children will like it but fans will hate it.
