The seller was quick to respond and wanted to make sure that I was fully satisfied. The watch came in good condition, but the second hand had fallen off. He offered to a) partially refund to get it fixed locally or b)mail it back to have the seller fix it. I preferred B, and the seller agreed even though he was probably not making as much or undergoing a loss. Highly recommend this seller. Will definitely purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
