Great product
I bought this ignition coil to revive an old Stihl FS45C strimmer. After a few pulls of the recoil starter it gone and the engine was working well. The downside of the strimmer was that the head did not rotate so I had to take it back apart to line up the shaft with the engine because it was out of line. After that the trigger came apart and I had to get a new engine case because the plastic studs that holds the springs and trigger in place broke. Overall great product and I am sure the strimmer will be as good as new when I receive the new case and when I put it all back to together.I bought this ignition coil to revive an old Stihl FS45C strimmer. Dose not work
I got this coil for a repair I was doing I fitted it & engine would not run with this coil. In the end I had to get a genuine at about 3 times the price engine fires up no problem. It sparks but something not right.

stihl hs45 coil
fitted the new coil and just get back firing, on further investigation there are 2 different coils and this is listed everywhere incorrectly, i believe you can tell from the spade terminal location.
