I purchased a VHF transceiver from this seller and somehow hen it came, the box said VHF but the transceiver inside as a UHF transceiver. I contacted the seller and explained the mistake.
The seller was very cooperative and apologized and then offered to send me a new VHF transceiver and said I can keep the UHF unit, I agreed to the offer and I received a new correct model transceiver yesterday.
I am very impressed with the prompt service I received from this seller.

international air shipping is not support pure battery package, it is sensitive goods. i have to add some accessory. it bring me much more cost.
