    Anyone can make a mistake. It is what you do about it that shows whether or not you are trustworthy. calidoguitars sent me the wrong strings and the wrong amount (1 set instead of 2). I wrote them and within 2 hours they sent an apology, told me to keep the mistaken order, and promised to ship the correct strings in the correct amount, which I received today. Great job, guys!
