    When shipment took longer than expected the seller was generally unresponsive and unhelpful. The item in the listing was not the item received, there are scratches in the listing that aren't on the product, and dents in the product that aren't on the listing. The listing also promised a charger for the battery, though it wasn't in the package. When I contacted the seller to see what the best thing to do was (partial refund, return the item, etc.) they completely ignored me.
