Prodajalec posluje v slovenščini in zagotavlja prevode v angleščino. V primeru nejasnosti prevodov obvlada slovensko besedilo kot izvirno.
The seller conducts business in the Slovenian language and provides translations to english and other languages; in case of any doubt or misunderstanding, the Slovenian text shall therefore prevail.
"Poštnina in stroški pakiranja" vključujejo stroške dela, material in stroške transporta. Blago bo dobro zapakirano, da se prepreči poškodbe med običajnimi postopki prevoza. Če do poškodbe pride ob dostavi, mora kupec poškodbo javiti pošti in prodjalcu, sicer vračilo blaga ne bo možno.
"Postage and packaging costs" include costs for packaging work, material and transport. Goods will be well packed to prevent damage during usual transport process. If damage should occure during transport we suggest not to accept the shipment and/or immediately report damage to postal/courier office and to us. If damage would not not be reported no returns would be accepted.

1. Delivery times
1.1. All purchased products will be shipped using the services of the Post of Slovenia the first working day following the purchase or at latest within three days following the purchase.
1.2.We decline any responsibility for late deliveries to the customer’s address.
2.Failure to collect the ordered products
2.1. If the Customer fails to collect the ordered products and the shipment is returned back to seller, it will count as if the customer withdrew from the contract unless the customer, within 15 days after the order was shipped, sends a request to the seller to ship the order again.
2.2. The customer that does not collect the order shipped with payment upon delivery, is charged with the amount of the postage and additional € 20 of handling fees.
2.3. Personal collection is possible in exceptional cases, only upon prior agreement.
2.4. If the price of the product includes shipment, it is not possible to claim any special discount or bonus due to personal collection.
3. Payment options
The seller accepts the following payment options:
3.1. Payment in cash upon collection/delivery (only in Slovenia). Attention: this payment method is associated with additional costs or fees charged by the Post of Slovenia.
3.2. Bank transfer following the issue of an offer/ pro-forma invoice. In case you select the bank transfer option, you will receive all relevant bank details and instructions upon completion of your purchase.

4. Cancellation of the order
4.1. To cancel the purchase before item is sent: In case the customer wants to cancel the order, it has to be done by email within 5 hours from the placement of the order. The cancellation request should be clear and unambiguous and communicated in writing to the e-mail: ebay@abp.si.
4.2. To cancel the purchase during shipment. If the customer fails to collect the ordered products and the shipment is returned back to seller, it will count as if the customer withdrew from the contract unless the customer, within 15 days after the order was shipped, sends a request to the seller to ship the order again.
4.3. To cancel the purchase following the receipt. The consumer has the right, within 15 or 30 days of receipt of the products to communicate to the seller his cancellation of the purchase without being required to state the reason for his decision. The notice of withdrawal from the purchase must be clear and unambiguous and communicated in writing to the e-mail: ebay@abp.si.
4.4. The customer does not have the right to unilaterally cancel the orders and contracts defined in the art. 43 of the Consumer Protection Act. In accordance with this provision, the consumer can’t request a refund for the purchased digital content which is not supplied on a durable medium, provided that at the time of purchase he agreed to it.
4.5. Products must be returned within 15 or 30 working days of the notice of withdrawal from the purchase.
4.6. Products must be returned intact, in the same amount and in the original packaging, unless the products were destroyed, spoiled, lost or their quantity was reduced, without the fault of the customer.
4.7. The customer shall bear the cost of returning of the products.
4.8. The seller is not obliged to accept shipments with payment upon delivery.
4.9. Returns should be sent to the following address: Aljosa Bizjak Pitamic, Gradisce 21, 1360 Vrhnika, Slovenia.
4.10. Upon receipt of the returned products, in accordance with the law i.e. within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, the seller must return the amount paid by the customer to the customer’s bank account or Paypal account.
4.11. The request for refund should contain a copy of the invoice, personal information and bank account details for a full refund.
4.12. For service contracts concluded via the online shop or EBAY, the 15 days period for withdrawal from the contract starts on the date of conclusion of the contract or the moment the order was confirmed.
4.13. The seller may withdraw from the purchase order if the customer fails to complete the payment.
4.14. The payment deadline for confirmed orders or issued invoices, if not otherwise specified, is immediate after the placement of the order.
4.15. The seller reserves the right to refuse orders, which are not complete with all the data necessary for the delivery of the products /service. If in such cases the customer has already paid the invoice, the entire purchase price shall be returned within 3 working days.
4.16. For electronic services and digital content, the seller reserves the right to change the date of implementation or, exceptionally, to cancel the implementation of the contract due to problems with the Internet connections and servers. In these and similar cases, customers will be notified in due time. The seller will agree with the customer new suitable deadline for the implementation of the contract.
5. Privacy policy
5.1. By confirming the registration or making a purchase, the customer agrees and allows the seller to gather, manage, maintain and use personal data, in line with the rules for the protection of personal data under the Act on Personal Data Protection and Consumer Protection Act.
5.2. The seller collects the following data about its customers:
5.2.1. For legal persons: name of the company, invoicing and shippment address, tax number, VAT number, contact person, email address, phone number, paypal account.
5.2.2. For physical persons: name and surname, invoicing and shippment address, email address, phone number, organisation and position in the organisation (for the participants of seminars and training), paypal account.
5.3. Data is collected for the purpose of delivery of the products and services purchased as well as internal statistics, market segmentation and sending of information and invitations.
5.4. The customer, by registering or making a purchase, agrees to:
-receive targeted offers and information from the seller,
-receive other targeted offers and information from the partners of the seller,
-have the possibility to request, at any given time, to be unsubscribed from all the email information and notifications,
-have the possibility to request, at any given time, for his personal data to be deleted from the list of business contacts.
5.5. The seller is the administrator of the data provided by the customers.
5.6. The seller guarantees not to share the personal data with any unauthorised third parties.
6. Information about our offers
6.1. The on-line shop can periodically, but not more than five times a month, send email information about the ongoing offers to its customers.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The seller shall not be liable for any short interruptions in the functioning of the online shop, incorrect information on the web page and for any damage caused by the use of incomplete of incorrect information.
7.2. The seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from access to, use of or inability to use the information on this web page or for any errors or omissions in its content.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. The content of the sellers web pages and the products offered are protected by copyright. The seller or the author indicated is the owner of the copyright.
8.2. The seller does not waive any copyright on the material published online.
8.3. Any use of the published material without prior written approval of the copyright holder, other than personal use, is forbidden. Breach by the user may constitute a criminal offense and may result in material liability. In case of violation of the provision of the present article, the seller reserves the right to initiate, at any given time, appropriate legal proceedings.
8.4. The fact that the owner of the above rights has not immediately reacted to the user’s violation of the provisions of this article, does not mean that the owner of the rights has waived any trademarks or other rights derived from them.
9. Warranty
9.1. Warranty is provided, if so indicated on the warranty card or invoice. This warranty is valid only if the instructions in the warranty card have been followed and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are listed on the warranty or invoice.
9.2. Warranty information is also available on the product page. If no warranty information is provided, the product is not covered by warranty or no information is available at the moment. In such a case, the customer can contact the seller for more information.
10. Complaints and disputes
10.1. The seller strives for customer satisfaction and respects the existing consumer protection legislation.

11. Applicable law
11.1. The law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to all legal relationships of the parties.
12. Changes in the general terms and conditions
