Damaged items must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. All our products come with a 30 days RTB (Return to base) warranty.     The worst windows ever, steer clear of this beta like "product"

    The system is absolutely unreliable, takes away your control of the updates not caring what you do in background, occasional updates keep breaking things, my version was resetting start menu shortcuts to its default after each reboot, even as simply thing as taskbar won't often hide automatically when watching video fullscreen until you restart explorer process. Everything that worked flawlessly on windows 8.1 get's broken in 10. Absolute rubbish, you've been warned

    No problem

    Darling daughter,s laptop hard failed, 2 weeks out of warranty, replaced the hard drive and loaded the software with no problems at all, in fact was a lot easier than I thought, disc auto boots from the optical drive.Because the bios was already configured for windows 10 didn,t need to use the COA all in all we worth the money, the total repair cost less than £75 rather than the £145 quoted

    Buy this product!! It works perfectly!!

    Totally simple operation. Order the product, open the package, install the software, put in the supplied number key, wait while Windows finalises. Flawless. Would recommend to anyone. Of course, it's better to install from a clean hard disk.

    New life in an old(ish) machine.

    I purchased a 9 year old all-in-one desk top computer (decent spec, core 2 processor and 4G Ram) that was running Windows Vista. There was nothing on this machine of any use to me so I did a clean install as I don't think it's possible to upgrade from Vista to Windows 10. Easy to install, the only thing to remember is that during the 1st stage of installation delete all the old partitions that are listed, click on each partition and select 'delete'. Windows 10 will then create a new partition, and away you go. Worked perfectly for me. You can 'skip' entering the product key if you like until you're happy with the installation and everything works, then just go into 'settings' and 'activate Windows' with the key provided.
