The item/s for sale have been tested and are working although we do not issue/supply a PAT test certificate. It is you, the purchasers/new owners’ choice to have computers and other equipment PAT tested prior to use -however we strongly encourage & recommend this action. All employers, landlords and anyone who is self-employed should attempt to have PAT testing done for IT equipment purchased from e.in.direct prior to use and any other portable appliances applicable . Additionally you should PAT test IT equipment on a regular basis as part of your routine maintenance.

:: Postage/ Delivery/ Returns/Customs fee ::
Be advised that all refunds are processed through bank transfer then via PayPal to your PayPal account. The refund process timescale may/will be approx. 7 - 10 days.
 
Be advised that we specifically aim not to profit from postage and packing. Our listings state the actual postage cost for the item including a small allowance for packing materials and packing time. All items may be shipped via recorded delivery (signed-for, normally online-tracked courier services).
 
Dispatch is usually late afternoon on weekdays, our apologies but no items are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. We endeavour to dispatch the same or next day from receipt of cleared funds. We will send you a dispatch notification email once the item has been posted or collected by the courier.
 
Goods Damaged During Delivery If any items were damaged upon delivery we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours ia eBay messaging system. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt the goods should be refused and signed as damaged returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Please retain photos of delivery damage if possible for insurance purposes.
 
Goods Faulty Immediately after Delivery. If your goods are faulty on arrival, items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage charges.
 
If you change your mind. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you have 14 days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is
received, we'll issue a full refund for the goods. The return postage is none refundable however.
