That is unfair we did respond and informed you that the part had been listed incorrectly which we have now changed and we then sent you the refund and told you to keep the incorrect part in case you had a use for it in the future. We responded through the Ebay case you opened which is why it may seem that Ebay dealt with it but is was on behalf of us.

A great company selling quality products at fair prices. Items were despatched quickly but then delayed by the post office, the delay is absolutely no reflection on this seller. Ebay does not differentiate delays by the couriers from the seller and this unfairly reflects on the seller in terms of bad feedback. I will be buying from them again. Their communication was swift too. Highly recommend.
