    Appalling service. I could smell the nauseating odour of stale cigarettes as I opened the package. I knew I would never be able to use the bag in this condition. I therefore messaged the seller asking for a refund in order to give her the opportunity to address the problem. She responded with several messages repeatedly using curt, belligerent comments, including a denial of being a smoker. She flatly refused to offer a refund so I now leave a negative comment, complete with explanation.

    Honestly, I don't want to reply this buyer. He/she doesn't have any joy in her life but i have to do so because I found that people are using this platform to insult/abuse people and Ebay officials are not doing anything about it. How can a buyer accused me of being a smoker without knowing me, she/he didn't find anything faulty with the item because I described the item exactly same..She said that the bag smells cigarettes which is not true. I am not a smoker and I never smoke in my life.

    Very disappointing experience. It arrived not as pictured. A key little figurine was missing. Not 'new'. Box was crushed like it had been sat on and was very damp throughout as it if had been sitting in the rain and dried a little. Contacted the seller, they first said it was complete and that I'm a lier, a few messages later their story changed, they said they never claimed it was complete. Later they admit they would pressure eBay to remove my review. And that is how their rating is high.

    Beware of a buyer like this , She lied against me. She bought an item from me and claimed that there was something missing which is not true. She emailed me to refund some money to her which I refused. I offered her to return the item to me so that I can give her full refund but she refused to return it claiming that her son likes it. How can you like an item and claimed that something is missing 🤔
