Amazing service and price. Large multi fuel burner shipped to the UK from Bulgaria within a week. Didn’t have to pay VAT nor Import Duty despite the warnings. If we had it was only estimated at about £50 so it’d still have made the purchase great value. Well packaged in a wooden crate and it was delivered by TNT. The burner isn’t fitted yet but looks great and seems to be constructed well.

    Warm cooker.

    We love it !, We have yet to have it installed,(due to covic19)it looks lovely, is beautifully made, can't wait to get it fitted, the only flaw is the copious instructions,are all in a language we can't read. it looks like it could from the drawings,(in the unreadable instructions) heat the whole house, shame we can't read them, D.Fox.

    Top part not sealed properly

    First of all I had to pay 100£ for import tax if u import from EU not really clear on the website - once installed there were fumes coming out - but couldn’t see where from - after lots of attempted I found that the top part it’s not sealed on the side- I had to buy some high temperature silicone to resolve the problem -
