Hi, i am just after receiving the item but paid for you the new one ,not the used one , .why would you send me a used machine while have been charged for the new massage gun . Inside the box , plastic is all broken while the box is all intact and plus the hand marks all very the massage gun. Very bad service will be sending you back . Not happy.
