Was given as gift previously. I loved it so I decided to buy more. This batch is completely different. Packaging, and actual toothpaste looks different. It tastes different (like some nasty skin cream, not ginseng). I’m not sure if it was fake but I am not happy with it.

I have never seen or heard of fake toothpaste in Korea.
Even this toothpaste is not a luxury product or a famous brand, so no one makes a fake.
After checking with the manufacturer, they responded that the design or formulation may differ slightly depending on the manufacturing period.
Could you please compare the expiration dates of the 2 items?
