Ordered a chimney cowl. There was an issue with delivery but it was entirely due to FedEx who lost the parcel. Modern Stoves chased it up and it was delivered that day. Luckily, everything was there and the cowl wasn't damaged. The stove fitter came later that day and it replaced the old one and the draw has improved quite a bit. Hopefully, it will also keep the elements out. Overall very pleased.
