As for the actual product it’s not very good
I don’t like leaving NEGATIVE feedback but
This product has a major design flaw
The plugs get stuck in the tubes as the bottom opening is the same diameter as the top i spent more time trying to get the plugs out than using the tool.
I will stick to using the garden fork from now on.
Unless you have the perfect lawn and soil conditions I would refrain from using this tool.

They advertised two only sent one which was very badly packed so damaged In Transit offered 20% discount for damage one and to send the missing one which is still still outstanding. They offered refund but not to the value . Still chasing for an update

The item on the picture is not the same as the item they sent me.
I bought 2 packets and one used but then realised is not the same.
As I used decide to keep the one but other one to return. They offer 15% refunds for something is not correct. Ending up open a case to return one that is unpacked , but it seems there is not response for a while.
EBay will step in and hopefully will help.
