The item arrived perfect as described communication was not there best forte I asked if I could possibly pay to upgrade from free second class delivery to first class and I would pay the difference willingly as second class at this time of year isn’t great she agreed and said I should send £5 it was less than a £ to go to first class small parcel in difference I said the difference is only 79p the item was £50 I was ignored so sent £3 she accepted and posted. Parcel cost £3.89 to send.🤦♀️🤷♀️
