Reel was sent in a used record shipper with a couple pieces of cardboard on the outside of the reel so it compressed the reel causing bent flanges. Reel can not be made true. Sellers response was they never had issues sending in album mailers before. Was not packed correctly and I was overcharged over double for shipping. They sent me about 1/3 refund. Was that supposed to make things better? I got bad end of the deal on this. Will not recommend this seller.
