I was out shopping and arrived back home just a quarter of an hour after it was left in a safe place. It was well packed and when opened it was clearly brand new from the sealed packing. I have now installed a 2TB disc (it is a pity there were no instructions for this, but I guessed the first SATA port should be used for a single disc). I have read through the configuration instructions but haven't yet powered it, waiting for a quiet time. The seller's communication has been first class.
