Um die Garantie zu aktivieren, muss der Käufer dies über sein eBay-Käuferpanel und die eBay-Nachrichtendienste tun, eine Kopie der Rechnung oder des Lieferscheins für den Kauf beifügen und den Grund für den Vorfall angeben.
