The items were fragile and the seller wrapped and packaged them so that they were well protected. They even included a personal thank you note which I think was a nice gesture. I received the two teacups and two saucers promptly, and they were very well packaged. One of the saucers had a bad scratch that wasn't visible in the pictures and wasn't mentioned in the description of the items. I contacted the seller about the issue and sent pictures of the scratched saucer. The seller was very prompt in replying that she would ship out a replacement saucer the next day. The replacement saucer arrived yesterday, and I am satisfied with my purchase.
