The t-rex skeleton it seems to me it is not of too good quality (it's a cheap item but in my case it arrived -very soon but- with crooked skull parts).
But this seller has super feedback rating in 150.000 sold items!!
So after my photos he agreed me a full refund.
Even if i think it's a bit risky to buy this complex assembleable toy, I surely reccomend this seller, as he is highly professional. So obviously it's in my trusted list of sellers!!

Seller sent the wrong cable so I initiated the returns process, including an image of the wrong cable. Seller then asked for another photo. Then offered a partial refund. This over 3 or 4 days so for £4.07 this wasn't worth my time so I've just chucked the cable away. Mistakes and problems happen, how these are dealt with separate the good sellers from the bad. This seller was nothing other than obstructive.
