Very generous 1hr delivery & gave extra jar. Next lot does the same (though I said only if he can combine trip), but hands housemate another 3 tightly wedged jars. (She didn't think to check them.) I took them out later & 2 were cracked. I sent him photos & he was incensed. I suggested, since he had given an extra one with the 1st order, that he refund £15 for 1 of the 2 broken ones. He was outraged (But he hadn't checked on arrival either).
(Would have made a claim but for his family issues.)
