Returned because of mismatch box
Only because the outside box doesn't match my Lord of the Rings Box set. Can't find one as in the photograph. It either has a yellow band across the top, or pictures.

Dont. You will be disappointed.
Its lost all the elements that made LOTR so good. Its a CGI fest which totally loses plausibility. The final one is like watching someone play Dark Souls for 2 hours. The characters are skin deep. Legolas is made the star and played like a Marvel hero, the stunts are neither needed nor possible, ruining the immersion in this film. This is Jacksons Hobbit. Tolkien's Hobbit left the building halfway through the first film. There is a woeful and unneeded attempt at continuity at the end contradicting what we already know in LOTR and stars from that film are badly shoehorned in to create the back story. Good idea but its done so badly that it makes characters interaction when they meet again in LOTR seem very odd indeed considering we now know they had met before. Such a waste when you ... Good movies spoilt by in correct box.
Didn't arrive in the right case, as the Redish Brown Sleeve was different to the one sent, and also VERY different to the other two 5 disc box sets. Other than that I'm very happy.

Absolutely brilliant and you just want to watch it again and again.
The Hobbit is an amazing story from start to finish it’s very enjoyable and takes you into a world that if it did exist would be an amazing world to live in. Also the DVD extras are brilliant telling you in depth and In detail about how they made the three move’s. Absolutely fascinating.
