Good communication, decently quick shipping considering the seller's location. However, the first heatsink I received had crushed heat pipes, making it unusable. After a bit of back and forth, they sent me a second one. This one also had a damaged heatpipe. The shipping boxes were in perfect shape, so these items were already damaged before they were shipped. My laptop has been out of service for weeks and weeks at this point, and I've wasted money on this purchase for nothing. Very frustrating.
